ALTENEW | December 2018 Stamp and Die Release Blog Hop

Welcome to our Altenew December 2018 Stamp and Die Release Blog Hop. You might have come here from Olga. And now it's my turn to inspire you with two new projects.

I used the following products from this release:

1. Nature Snippets Stamp Set
2. Verdant Walk Paper Pack
3. Butterfly Acetate Die Cuts
4. Adhesive Wood Veneers Sweet Hearts

And I created two projects to inspire you how these products can be used:

• large card with pocket inside to hold
• three stamped book marks

Project 1 | Large Card with an Inside Pocket

What you need to make this card:

To make this card you will need the following supplies / products:

• white cardstock
• watercolor-style floral paper from Verdant Walk Paper Pack
• Butterfly Acetate Die Cuts
• Nature Snippets Stamp Set (sentiment 'thinking of you')
• Adhesive Wood Veneers Sweet Hearts
• scissors
• black ink
• acrylic block
• double-sided tape (to create a pocket on the inside)
• glue dots (to attach the butterfly acetate die cuts)
• foam pads (to attach the fuzzy cut floral paper)

How to:

And now let's create the card :). Here are the easy-to-follow simple steps to create the card.

1. Create a folded card from white cardstock.
2. Add a pocket onto the inside with white cardstock and double-sided tape.
3. Fuzzy cut the florals from the watercolor-style floral paper from Verdant Walk.
4. Attach the cut-out with foam pads onto the front of the card.
5. Attach three acetate butterflies with glue dots.
6. Stamp the sentiment 'thinking of you' onto white cardstock and cut out with your scissors.
7. Attach the sentiment onto the front of the card with foam pads.
8. Adhere the adhesive wood veneer 'friends' onto the inside pocket.

Project 2 | Three Stamped Book Marks

I love reading good books. And I created three cute book marks with the following products:

• white cardstock
• Nature Snippets Stamp Set
• Sea Shore Crisp Dye Inks
• Four Scoops Crisp Dye Inks

The Nature Snippets Stamp Set comes with great instructions how to layer the stamps. Thus, it's quite easy to use this stamp set. I just LOVE how delicate and nice it is :)
