WRMK | Glas Gift Vials with the Revolution and the PrintMaker

[Ad] Today I have a cute gift inspiration for you. I decorated glas gift vials with dried flowers, gift tags, and messages printed on vellum. I used the Revolution Die-Cutting Machine and the PrintMaker from We R Memory Keepers. The PrintMaker is great to personalize messages. It even prints smoothly on vellum. Personalizing your gifts has never been easier. I bought the glas vials online. You can find these at papercrafting stores too.

HOW TO:

1. Cut gift tags from patterned paper and vellum paper with the Revolution die-cutting machine and the Revolution Die - Basic Tags.
2. Punch holes with the Crop-A-Dile.
3. Insert baker's twine to finish the tags.
4. Stamp sentiments onto the vellum.
5. Cut dried flowers and put them into the glas vials.
6. Add sequins or heart-shaped die cuts. The latter can be made with the Crop-A-Dile Multi Punch Decorative.
7. You can even add sentiments and text with the PrintMaker. The print on vellum turned out really pretty.
8. The glas vials are a nice gift. However, they can also be used to decorate presents.

American Crafts | Desk Minibooks with Life's A Party Damask Love

[AD] Welcome to a fresh blog post here on mojosanti featuring cute Desk Minibooks with Life's A Party by Damask Love for American Crafts. I LOVE this vibrant and cool papercrafting collection. It has fresh and colorful images. Tip: You should check out the Vellum Shapes with sequins. These are ADORABLE. But now back to the desk minibooks. These are a lovely eye-catcher on your scrapbook table. You can add ephemera, stickers, and stamped quotes. And even little photos will be the perfect add-on to these books.

HOW TO:

1. The desk minibooks consists of a back cover that I cut from the cover of the 6 x 8 paper pad. It is thicker than paper and perfect to hold the minibook pages.
2. The minibook pages are size 2 1/4" x 2 1/4".
3. The back cover of the desk minibooks is folded from a base with the size 2 1/4" x 6 1/2".
4. Score the back cover (size 2 1/4" x 6 1/2") at 2 1/2", 3 1/4" and at 4". Fold the back cover along the scoring lines.
5. Decorate the minibook pages with ephemera, stamps, washi-tape, sequins, and stickers. You can even use ephemera pieces as pages.
6. Finish the desk minibook with the Mini Cinch. Punch holes and then bind the minibook with wires. Tip: You can find some fun projects with the Mini Cinch on my blog: Mini Albums with the Mini Cinch, and a simple minibook.

WRMK | Handmade Planner DIY

Welcome to my blog and a handmade planner DIY. The design of the planner is simple. And it's not very difficult to make this project yourself. The planner consists of a cover with a spine (size 0.5"). The inside has two slip-in pockets to hold a handmade journaling booklet and also a cute accordion fold album. With this wonderful handmade planner, you are ready to document your memories. I'm sharing a link to my YouTube video for this planner further down. Make sure to watch the video ♥.

To make the handmade planner, I recommend to use the All-in-One-Tool and the Bookbinding Guide by We R Memory Keepers. In addition, I used the Fernwood Paper Collection by Vicki Boutin for American Crafts.

How to:

1. Cut a piece of patterned paper to size 8 1/4" x 7 1/2".
2. Score the paper at 3 7/8 from the left and the right side. Fold the paper along the scoring lines. This will give you the planner cover with a spine measuring 1/2".
3. Make a journaling booklet by cutting two pieces of paper. Cut the front cover to size 3 1/2" x 7 1/2". Then cut the back to size 3 1/2" x 7".
4. Score the front cover at the top - at 1/2". Now attach the back cover onto this fold (1/2") of the front cover.
5. Cut blank pieces of paper for the journaling pages. The pages need to be 3 1/2" in width. The length can vary, depending on the size of the blank paper you have at hand.

6. Place the blank journaling pages inside the cover, pierce holes with the Bookbinding Guide and sew the journaling booklet with a needle and threat.

7. Open the cover of the planner. On the right side, create a slip-in pocket and slip in the journaling booklet.
8. Create a second slip-in pocket on the left side.
9. Decorate the cover and the inside.

American Crafts | Happy Mail | Kid at Heart Pebbles Paper Collection

Welcome to a new blog post featuring some Happy Mail with the Kid at Heart Paper Collection by Pebbles Inc. for American Crafts. This collection is full of cute papers and embellishments. I created a fun card with a folded inside. In addition, I used cute stamps from the collection to decorate the envlope. Let's have a look at the photos. I'm also providing How-To-Instructions further down. I hope you will enjoy today's blog post.

How to:

1. Cut a card from a patterned paper from the Pebbles "Kid at Heart" Paper Pad (size 3.5" x 10"). Score at 5" and fold the card.
2. Cut the inside pages for the happy mail card from a patterned paper with 3 journaling cards. Make two scores along the lines of the journaling cards.
3. Glue the inside pages onto the card with double sided tape.
4. Make a shaker element with acetate, add some sequins and sew the acetate onto the paper with a sewing machine.
5. Add a slip-in-pocket at the front of the folded inside pages.
6. Decorate the cover of the happy mail card with a tassel, a paper clip and puffy sticker. Add three sequins for a finishing touch.
7. Grab a blank envelope, and decorate the front with stamps from Kid at Heart.
