My project for today's blog hop is an inspiration to store keepsakes and memories from your holidays and/or short trips.

Travel Memories In A Bag

When I'm on a journey, a lot of things find their way into my pockets. Nice things that I want to take back home. You know, just little things you collect while travelling including tickets, maps, napkins, stones, feathers, etc. But where do you keep these things once you get home? One idea is to store everything in a customized travel box. I shared photos of a cool handmade sample box on my blog back in June 2017 (click). And today I want to share another storage idea with you!!! A handmade paper bag that is filled with travel memories from one of our latest trips to Prague.

Mini Album, Accordion Mini Book And More

Let's look at what's inside the paper bag. The paper bag is the new home of ...

... a handmade mini photo album that holds 25 photos (with the blue dots saying 'photos' on the cover)
... an accordion fold mini book with a camera sticker cover (I created a similar little book back in 2014)
... a sewn pocket to store receipts and tickets (titled 'collecting happy memories')
... a paper wrapper to hold maps and flyers
