Felicity Jane | Lovely Cards with Bailey

Felicity Jane | Lovely Cards with Bailey

I'm a little late to the Valentine's Day Party here on my blog, but "better late than never"... I made these cards early in February after receiving my beautiful Bailey Collection Kit from Felicity Jane. The colors, patterns and stamps from Bailey inspired me to create three love(ly) cards. They are simple in design, but their message goes a long way. I had fun stamping with black ink. And I thoroughly enjoyed some simple layering with journaling cards, stickers and ephemera pieces. It seems as if pink in combination with white and black is my evergreen for Valentine's cards. I'm a little girl at heart and these cards just make me happy and their sight fills my heart with joy! It's not surprising that Bailey is one of my favorite collections from FJ ♥.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you like my love cards and feel inspired to create some yourself. Wishing you a wonderful day filled with love and joy! Yours Sandra :).

Crate Paper | Cute Notepad and Adorable Pockets with Magical Forest

Crate Paper | Cute Notepad and Adorable Pockets with Magical Forest

Welcome to my blog and a new post featuring a cute handmade notepad and pockets to keep little notepad papers. I used the wonderful Magical Forest Collection from Crate Paper, a piece of gray board, book binding glue, a strong magnet, and the Pocket Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers. The wooden Clothes Pins from Magical Forest are just perfect to decorate notepads. And with their cute animal faces, they make crafting really easy and fun.

How to notepad: Cut a piece of gray board (I used size 4x8). Cut a patterned paper and use book binding glue (or double-sided tape) to cover the gray board. Adhere a piece of paper onto the back. If you want to create a magnetic notepad, add a strong magnet onto the back.

How to notepad papers: Since you cannot have enough journaling cards and notepad papers, I created three decorated pockets to keep my handmade journaling cards. I grabbed the Pocket Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers and made three little pockets with patterned papers from Magical Forest.

Supplies: Crate Paper | Magical Forest | Meadow (350999), Stickers (351012), Fabric Bows (351017), Clothes Pins (351018), Washi Tape Spools (351019), Stickers (351020), Ephemera Pieces (351022), Acrylic Stamps (351023) | We R Memory Keepers Pocket Punch Board

Felicity Jane | Decorative Wall Hanger | Mixing Bailey and older collections

Hello and welcome to a new blog post featuring a decorative wall hanger to help you make your home even prettier than it already is. I mixed the wonderful Bailey February Collection from Felicity Jane with bits and pieces from older collections (Harper, Shay, Madison, and Rebekah).

Let's have a look at the very pretty Bailey Collection
This is one of my favorite collections from FJ ♥♥♥:

I was in the mood for creating a decorative hanger. It can be put up on a door. It can also be used  as a piece of wall decoration. I used gray board, book binder glue, and a patterned paper from Bailey with happy hearts to make the base of my hanger. To hold the hanger, I attached two baby blue eyelets at the top and added a white Essentials Cotton Ribbon for the handle.

Supplies: Felicity Jane Bailey Collection | Bailey Die Cut Shapes | Bailey Chipboard Stickers | Bailey Puffy Alphabet | Bailey Stamp Set | Bailey Felt Hearts | Bailey Epoxy Sticker | Harper Chipboard Tags | Shay Die Cut Shapes | Madison Embossed Tags | Rebekah Rubby Tiny Tags | Essentials Cotton Ribbon White

Thank you for stopping by on my blog today! And now hop on over to the Felicity Jane Blog to find out more about my decorative (door) hanger. Wishing you a lovely and creative day! Love, Sandra :).
