American Crafts | 3 Favorite Projects

To kick off my wonderful adventure as a member of the American Crafts Design Team, I'm sharing three of my favorite projects that I created with papercrafting supplies by American Crafts. The first project is an 8.5 x 11" scrapbook layout that I created with the GRL PWR Collection by Damask Love. The colors, patterns, and embellishments are bold, fresh, and wild. Just the perfect collection for young girls!! And also for those who are still young at heart ♥.

The second project is a binder ring mini album with Vicki Boutin’s collection Let’s Wander. The Let's Wander Tag Journal Pieces Set is a wonderful starting point to create a mini album. The journaling tags and embellishments come with pre-punched holes at the top. Just add a ring binder and you’ve got the base for the mini album.

The third project are three modern place cards that I made with the 1 Canoe 2 Willow Collection. I wanted to create something different from the usual business-card sized place cards. I decided to go for a new style and shape: paper rolls. The rolls are effortless to make. And with just a few embellishments and a name tag, I'm sure your guests will love them.

And now hop on over the AC Blog to find out more. Wishing you a lovely day! Yours Sandra.

We R Memory Keepers | How to make polaroid frames with the Frame Punch Board

[Ad] Welcome to my blog today. I created a cute memo board - it's a gift for a friend. It features handmade polaroid frames with the Frame Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers. I used one of the frames for the cover of a little notebook. I created a cute shaker window at the front with sequins and some fun chipboard stickers. I'm sharing a short step-by-step to create polaroid frames with the Frame Punch Board over on the We R Memory Keepers Blog (find the link at the end of this post). I also recorded a video - please scroll down to find the link. Let's have a look at the photos now:

DIY Idea | Store Your Dies in Style in Handmade Pockets + Short Video

DIY Idea | Store Your Dies in Style in Handmade Pockets + Short Video

[Ad / unpaid] I'm sharing a cute DIY idea: Store your dies in style with handmade pockets. I bought some really fancy dies from Kimidori (a Spanish online shop for scrapbooking supplies). The dies were designed by Ana Gómez and her label is called Mintopia (link to instagram profile). She creates the cutest things on earth :). I mean, look at the bow (designed by Wilma), the shaker rainbow and coffee cup. Aren't these lovely?

I thought that these gorgeous dies are best stored in something handmade. So I grabbed cardstock in fresh colors and my Pocket Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers and created little pockets. I sticked the shaker elements--that I made with the dies--onto the front, so it's easy to see what's inside. There is also a short walk-through video. Please check it out at the end of this post. But first, let's have a look at the pockets:
