The kit comes with complete instructions, 96 pretty cupcake liners, 96 adorable toppers + picks and a cupcake and a frosting mix. You can make 12 delicious cupcakes. It's easy and fun. You'll have plenty of the cute toppers left for other cupcake projects. I LOVED this kit. You should give it a try!!!
