Christmas is near and I'm sharing some last minute DIY Christmas gift inspiration with you today.  I made a notebook with an accetate cover and a very merry Christmas gift bag. It holds a handmade key-chain and some fun flair buttons. The Hey, Santa Collection by Crate Paper comes with a charming Gift Wrap Kit. It contains gift bags, twine, paper clips and ephemera pieces. Paige Evans | Three project ideas with the Garland Cutfile

[Ad] Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog. I am excited to share three project ideas using Paige Evans' Garland cut file from the exclusive 25 Days of Christmas Cut Files. You can purchase them here: https://bit.ly/xmascutfiles.

The first project is a Christmas Tree Ball Ornament. I simply wrapped the garland around the ball ornament. That's it! Isn't this the most simple project?!

The second project is a Christmas card. I glued three garlands onto a blank card base. That's it! Isn't this another simple yet fun project?!

The third project is a Christmas gift wrap. I used the Foil Quill by We R Memory Keepers and the garland cutfile on black cardstock. That's it! Isn't this another simple yet pretty and glamorous project?!

American Crafts | Three DIY Christmas Gift Ideas

[Ad/Werbung] Are you looking for some DIY Christmas gift inspiration? If yes, you are going to love this post. I'm sharing three Xmas gift ideas with the Color Pour Resin Collection by American Crafts and the 'Hey, Santa' Collection by Crate Paper. I also used the Button Press by We R Memory Keepers to make some fancy buttons and flairs.

I want to share the following three DIY ideas:

• handmade resin paper-clip holder + gift bag for paper clips
• cute stationery set including a handmade notebook decorated with a tassel embellishment and a flair + a lovely Xmas button
• resin key-chain holder

The first project is a resin hand that holds paper-clips in style. To make the resin hand, I used a couple of things from the Color Pour Resin Collection by American Crafts. It's fun to create projects with resin, because you can add glitter, colors and also small embellishments. Just the perfect way to create handmade gifts. But now back to the first DIY project! This gift comes with a handmade gift bag that holds paper-clips. I decorated the vellum gift bag with embellishments from the 'Hey, Santa' Collection by Crate Paper. In addition, I added some patterned paper at the top of the bag--doesn't it look as if you bought it from a DIY shop? What do you think?

Tip: To make the vellum bag, use a sheet of vellum, fold it to make a pocket and sew along the edges with a sewing machine.

 

The second gift idea is a cute stationery set, which includes a handmade notebook (made with the bookbinding machine Cinch by American Crafts) and a cute Xmas button (made with the Button Press by We R Memory Keepers):

The third project is a resin key-chain holder, also made with the Color Pour Resin Collection by American Crafts. Originally, it is intended to hold rings. However, I thought that using it for key-chains is a great alternative! By the way, did you know that you can make key-chains yourself with the Button Press? The collection also has a key-chain set, which makes it easy to create pretty presents.

Tip: The Color Pour Resin collection includes fun accessoires like gold glitter stars and mini lights too. It's so easy to play around and create unique gifts.

WRMK | Holiday Gift Card with Nesting Punch Circle

[Ad] Welcome to a new blog post featuring a Holiday Gift Card inspiration with the Nesting Punch Circle by We R Memory Keepers. I created cute Xmas circle ornaments. These can be used on presents too. Furthermore, I created an embossed card background with embossing paste, embossing powder, and the WRMK heat gun. If you are looking for a fun way to enhance your Christmas papercrafts, this is THE right post for you! Also check out my video tutorial for my Christmas card embellishments on my YouTube channel.

First, grab different papers. I used gold, pink, baby pink, and lilac glitter paper. Second, punch nine circles with the Nesting Punch Circle. Tip: Stack three papers to punch the circles. This will save some time! Now, cut the circles with scissors. Don't go all the way! I made eight cuts into each circle. Next, layer the circles with foam pads, starting with the largest circle at the bottom.

Third, grab a white card base and a star stencil. Apply translucent embossing paste onto the stencil. Fourth, pour rose gold embossing powder over the paste. Remove any excess powder by shaking the card and/or by using a small brush. Fifth, heat emboss the powder and paste with a heat gun. Next, adhere the ornaments with foam pads onto the embossed card base.

Furthermore, add a title with the Word Punch Board. Tip: Use tweezers and liquid glue to adhere the title 'merry xmas'. Last but not least, add pine brunches and paper stars.
